Jungle Junction Party Packages

The following prices will take effect 01/01/2023.

Weekday Packages (Tuesday & Thursday)

$130 Half Room: Two-hour room rental with seating for 35 people and admission for 15 children to Jungle Junction. (Additional Jungle Junction admission can be purchased separately.) See Party Rules below.

$160 Full Room: Two-hour room rental with seating for 50 people and admission for 15 children to Jungle Junction. (Additional Jungle Junction admission can be purchased separately.) See Party Rules below.

• Tuesday and Thursday: 12:30 - 2:30pm or 3:00 - 5:00pm

Weekend Packages (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

$210 Full Room: Two-hour room rental with seating for 50 people and admission for 15 children to Jungle Junction.(Additional Jungle Junction admission can be purchased separately.) See Party rules below.

Private Party (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

$275 Full Room:  Room rental with seating for 75 people and admission for 25 children to Jungle Junction. (Additional Jungle Junction admission can be purchased separately.) See Party Rules below. Options include:

• Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9:00 - 11:00am or 6:00 - 8:00pm

• Saturday and Sunday: 10:00am - Noon or 6:00 - 8:00pm

ALL BIRTHDAY PARTIES MUST TAKE PLACE IN THE PARTY ROOM!

PARTY RULES

Please check-in at the Front Desk when you arrive. You will be given further instructions.

Party/Event Food
• You may provide your choice of food and beverages during your party. You are not required to purchase your food from any particular provider.
• Food and beverages are NOT allowed inside the Jungle Junction play structure. They must be consumed in your party room.
• Red dye beverages, such as Kool-Aid or Hawaiian Punch are not permitted.

Party Room Info.
• Your party room rental includes both set-up and take-down of your party. The time you reserve is stipulated in your contract.
• Electrical outlets are available for your convenience. Glitter, confetti, silly string, feathers, confetti filled balloons and pinatas are not permitted.
• Please use masking tape to hang all decorations. When your party is finished, please throw away all your garbage in the cans provided and our staff will take care of the rest.

Party/Event Cancellation
Due to the demand for rental facilities especially Jungle Junction the following refund or credit policy applies. Cancellation more than 30 days may receive a 100% credit or refund of the rental fee minus $25 administrative fee. Cancellations 14-30 days may receive a 50% credit or 1-time party date transfer. No refunds. Cancellations less than 14 days before the rental date will have no refunds or credits. The Bellevue Recreation Dept. reserves the right to grant exceptions in situations including, but not limited to injury, illness, or personal crisis. Requests must be made in writing. Contact the Bellevue Recreation Dept. at 419-483-5555, refer to our website at bellevuerec.com for a detailed refund and credit policy, or visit the Bellevue Community Center for a hard copy. Refunds come in the form of a check, mailed directly to the applicant, issued by the City of Bellevue, and may take four to six weeks.
